Application

NF-100 is a special compound of organic fluorine with special excellent properties of organic fluorine compounds.
NF-100 is a special surfactant specially designed for acid mist suppression in electrolytic systems.
In the presence of strong acid and inorganic salts, it still maintains exceptionally excellent performance, while ordinary acid mist inhibitors have worse effects.
Does not form a foam layer on the surface of the electrolyte
It has no effect on the whole process of electrolytic metal, and has no effect on the quality of battery products.

During electro deposition of  metal in tank house, oxygen bubble rising up from electrolyte solution burst out to be acid aerosol. When add NF-100 in solution, it change the bubble burst kinectics, significantly reducing the amount of acid mist expelled in to the air.
